Server moves

after a while of having a number of issues with service, the people that host my webspace and email forwarding have moved providers. The transition has been less than perfect, but they were willing to work closely with me to fix things, and everything is up and running once more. Comments are fixed. (I think the most frustrating part of the broken comments was when someone would try to comment, it would tell them there was a server error, but the administrator had been informed, but I was not informed, which resulted in a long time before I realised they were broken).

Everything is now fine and dandy, I think - at least, the things I know about are - so I'm pretty happy.
