Sockapaloooza

I know, I've not been very good at updating my progress on SockapalOOOza, partly because I didn't have much progress, because I had, well, you know, a real life. But they are done, and don't look nearly as orange as they appear here. They are in fact a rich red, made from a cotton/polyamide blend, and are ankle socks with a tiny hint of lace. Should be ideal for the warm climes of the recipient. And these socks have been seen in the company of The Yarn Harlot, her travelling sock, and the Olympic Sweater, so check out those pics too (the red is much clearer there too).

I also received the socks from my own sock pal, Yahaira. They are gorgeous, and the yarn was dyed especially for this project! And, they are machine washable!

So, socks set, sent and secured!
