How big?

Dear dear Stephanie,

My cunning plan of leaving your books around worked. My wife picked your latest one up to browse, and told me "You know, she's quite funny. I should read these properly". Yes!

But in her 2 minutes browsing, she noticed what she hopes is an error. Either that, or she's very glad she's not Canadian.

I refer to page 105, in the "10 reasons to knit hats" section. Item 5 reads, in part "The diameter of a preemie's head can be as little as 9 inches, whereas a linebacker's could be as great as 27 inches."

Now, I know that those professional football players can be full of themselves, but 27 inches in diameter?? That's a big head! And these Canadian babies that have a 9 inch diamater head... it doesn't bear thinking about!

We hope that you meant circumference. Or I'm surprised you have more than one daughter.
