links - what's your preference?
Which do you prefer? A link that brings up a new browser window, so that you can continue reading the blog in the existing page? Or one that brings up the new page in the existing window so you'd have to use the back button to get back to the blog?

I'm a firefox user - I always Ctrl-Click on links to open in a new tab. So, feel free to do whatever is easier for you.

Likewise with Firefox and new tabs, but it's a bit rude to slap up a new window without asking, or even warning someone it's coming. My preference is to use the same window. If someone wants a new window, they can get one easy enough.
Alternatively, grab one of those nifty scripts that let the user chose, and default it to use the same window
